You have a plan. Can your team run it?

Answer twelve questions about how the work gets done. You get a score out of 100, and the one thing slowing everything else down.

One question per screen, about five minutes. It's free, and there's no pitch on the result page.

What it measures

Workflows
Is the recurring work defined, or reinvented every time.
Ownership
Who owns what, and what breaks if they leave.
Flow
Does work move, or does it wait.
Leverage
What actually comes off the team.

Each question has five answers, from we don't have this, through it's written down, to it's used and kept current.

The five levels

Where your answers put you, and what it means.

0Improvised. It depends entirely on who happens to be doing it.
1Personal. It works because of individuals, not because of anything you built.
2Documented. It's written down, but people don't live by it.
3Operating. The team runs to it, and work moves without being chased.
4Self-running. Routine work runs itself, improves, and doesn't route through you.

How it works

1

Answer twelve questions

One per screen, about five minutes. Answer with what you actually do, not what you think the right answer is.

2

See your score

Out of 100, with a level and a score on each of the four domains. Your weakest one is the finding.

3

Decide what to do

Two moves you can make without me. If you want to go through it together, the call is free and it's thirty minutes.
